How To Install OpenPYXL library

OpenPYXL is the library that allows you to create and read Excel files from your Python programs. I have incorporated this into my lastest version of TradingSimula-18. So it would be a good idea to install this library before using my latest version.

DUDE, you fixed the problem that multiple developers and days of googling couldn't solve. My computer won't install anything through pip and you just helped me found out what it was. I had to manually go through the files. THANK YOU SO MUCH

first person i've seen that directs you to go to the root folder and type cmd up top to automatically get into the correct directory in the prompt. that's solid gold advice.
