Spot on lads. I think we have an extremely emotional supporter base (honestly after what we have been through fair enough) - but means that alot of our supporters are very quick to judge - i.e Haynes having a shocker vs Richmond, despite actually being pretty solid for us since then. I understand we all have expectations of the list and the boys haven't necessarily held up their part of the performance bargain this year - but honestly what do we think jumping online and talking an insane amount of shit about players like Haynes and Young is going to do? All for venting, but fuck - it'd be hard to want to play well for the jumper when you know the people you are representing and playing for have expressed an undue amount of hatred for you. All for accountability but the player bashing we see from our fans needs to stop. Can't keep blaming the whipping boys - it's a team sport.

Agree young is doing a good job as mr fix it last few werks. Haynes went to ground time after time in the tigers game. In the opening weeks motlop didn’t chase. I am not on social media, not bagging these players, but these are facts. Haynes cost us 4 goals against richmond, since then he’s been ok. Motlop going into the midfle last week was good, and he’s chasing and tackling better now, but make no mistake, the issues raised cost us dearly in our 0-4 start. I don’t supporters are ‘fickle’ at all guys.
