Hey, I decided to do this and my first attempt was on a Farrul's Fur. I bought all 7 cards individually, 5c each. I landed absolutely bottom base, and bottom evasion/armour%. I landed 99 to life though, nice. I learn what map I have to buy to do the double corrupt, buy a cheap one for 100c. Hit the implicit: +1 socketed gems, 47% increased damage. I lvl 20 for me is way better option as you can get jackpot +3 or +4

6 socket it before double corrupt at least. Pointless to spend 350 vaals for no reason. Also level your card turn in mule to lvl 20 or lvl 33 for jewels

Still learning here, but if you use the crafting bench you can ignore ilvl requirements for sockets?

Couldn't you have like made the shavs into a 6 socket before corrupting so you could save 350 vaals?

and here i thought low level item can never have more than 3-4-5 link (going up with ilvl), but i guess its base dependant? (or is that just for natural/ non-crafted sockets?)

you can 4 socketed it and use tainted jeweller´s orb to hit the rest. its cheaper than 350 vaal orbs
