The metal is actually the seal for the town, and the border is Ohio with the star being the town. I would agree the flag is bad, but there are far worse. An example would be Erie County, Ohio's flag, with a good flag in Ohio being Lucas County. I just think it's funny that the flag says "where you want to be" yet there was a massive train derailment there about a year ago.
