Hypnosis to stop procrastination
During this hypnosis session you’ll learn different strategies and habits you can easily implement to stop procrastinating. Once you listen you can become totally motivated effortlessly and naturally.
During the hypnotic induction for hypnosis to stop procrastination you find a spot on your leg to focus on so you can automatically relax more. Focus on it some more and notice if anything is different about the spot. Once you focus on this spot along with focusing on your breathing you can create comfort from this spot to everywhere in your body.
Now you can imagine your favorite place. This can be a place you know, a place you want to go or a place of pure fantasy. You immerse yourself in this place and relax more here because this is a place of serenity you create. This is easy to do because hypnosis is something you create.
When doing hypnosis to stop procrastination it is about being aware that there is another state that gets you off the state of procrastination. You can ask yourself the question what state gets you off that state? Imagine being in this state and notice what you see, hear and feel as you are looking through your own eyes.
Now you get to imagine being totally motivated. Go down into your body and see what you see, hear what you hear and feel what you feel as you are being totally motivated. This technique shows you how easily you can go from procrastination to motivation.
You want to create a habit of starting because it is better then not starting. Have you ever noticed that when you start it is easy to start again and keep going and keep going again? It is easy to be motivated to keep going and you easily finish what you start now. Even if you are interrupted you can easily start again.
Anytime in the future you see your favorite color it reminds you to be totally motivated. Focus on your breathing for a bit before you reorient to the room.
