-1/4 tsp turmenic
- 50 g raisins (optional)

I made this cake but didn’t have enough oranges for 500ml juice so I use 250ml of soy milk to reach the liquid amount. The 50 minutes cooking time was too long for my electric oven, I took it out at 40 minutes. Cake turns out the same as video and it is delicious 😊
