From kentucky here, it has always been well known that the judge picked up young women and that he was an avid drug user. He had a lot of odd and close history with drug using women also for a judge. It is also well known that sheriff stines was cleaning up the county of drugs, i can't say what happened that day personlly but there has been corruption at that court house for many years.

I live in Kentucky not to far from there. He was indeed messing with the sheriffs daughter. t's not rumor it is true. The sheriff confronted him with the proof and a argument happened in chambers about this and the sheriff (dad) shot him for messing with his minor daughter.

The sheriff did this in a premeditated fashion knowing it would be on camera and that he would spend the rest of his life in prison or face a death sentence. He would not have done it for a bad cut on the drug money or a threat from the judge that could only lead to loss of job and a little prison time. Something big was on his mind. Something big enough to give up your life for.

Okay the day that happened there was somebody from that town that came on the story that I can't remember with social media was on. He said they've been trying to bring charges against the judge for a long time and that the prosecutor refused to prosecute it, then he found out they dragged his own daughter into it and she went to her dad a sheriff and told him about it. hey it could be BS I don't know but that's what was said online somebody who said they knew them that's what they said. Everybody knew the judge was a crook but the prosecutor wouldn't prosecute him because he was a crook too .

Micky stines is my cousin I know what happened I wouldn’t have made a video if I didn’t, and they will try to cover that child stuff up bc he is a judge no matter if he wanted it or not. But I like legit across the road from the court house and know everybody that works in it. I don’t blame Micky bc I would have did the same thing if that was my daughter. What blew my mind was the body language of the investigator giving testimony first up. He looked like he did not want to incriminate the sheriff. Made me feel furious. Small town corruption is rife in America.
