Hi Mina; a couple days ago I was wondering if you had an update on your mushrooms, and here you are! Great to see you are having a lot of success. For the dried mushrooms on the jars, have a look at using hand warmers. Silica gel only absorbs moisture, but are poisonous. Hand warmers absorb moisture and oxygen, preventing anything from growing, and are less toxic. Hand warmers have the same ingredients as oxygen absorbers used by preppers but are half the price.
