Here to answer the product question. I was in the same boat and wasn't finding the answer anywhere. You need to go through the application process of becoming an affiliate, which was automatically approved so it won't take long. If you already have done this, you need to go into the TikTok shop products and "save" the product you want to earn commission on. If you don't have any products saved, it won't pop up that option in your editor before posting. Once I did this, it showed up! Hope this helps someone!

I'm so frustrated! I followed all the steps but maybe I made a mistake somewhere. I set up a new shop so I could be an affiliate w/o the 5k followers, everything seems great, but when I go to publish my first video and connect it to a product, it says "seller hasn't added any items, " which means ME. But I'm not the one with the items. I want to promote others. Before I post it asks for a promo code from the seller but I don't see where to get one. And when I search TikTok shop, none of the products display potential commissions—because I apparently don't qualify! WHAT DO I DO?! Do I just post videos and hope I get to 5k followers now? HELP!

The screen you show for the kalodata looks nothing like the screen on my phone. I don't see anything you're showing. Do you have to buy it to see what your screen shows? You said we could use a trial but I can't figure this out since my screen isn't showing what yours is showing. Any ideas?

Hi, I followed your step, but it's not working. It's telling me I'm signed in as seller and only creators have access to the market place. Do I news to unlink my seller account from my personal account, then build my personal followers to 5000. Then relink the account again

Each gift box contains a necklace and a thoughtful message card, priced between $40 to $90, including shipping. I exclusively sell to customers in the USA. Should I opt for broad targeting or interest targeting? The interests I am thinking to target include Macy’s, Nordstrom, engaged shoppers, online shopping, gifts, and flowers, all relevant to potential gift buyers.
