That looks pretty professional. I'm a sucker for thoughtful cable management.

I gotta say, that has to be the prettiest diy CNC control box I've seen on YouTube. Good job guys.

I used to think you guys were just dorks.

I still do, but I used to, too. I like the unicorn btw. Unicorns are metal.

Also, that thing below where comments go is sometimes referred to as "the doobly-doo" by those in the know. @AvE

I love that box! My CNC is run from a cheap wooden wine crate for 3 bottles.

I don’t feel bad about having a spare cabinet, then again I haven’t installed the components yet😳. You guys are so spot on with the time it takes to research everything. Now thanks to you I see I forgot the component stand offs. At this rate I’ll win PayPal customer of the year. 🤑.

I had to laugh at the door "just" not closing. That so describes at least half of my projects while working on them. Always buy a bit more material than you need... you WILL need it... and probably some more. :( Remember, if you can't laugh at yourselves, there is always that kid with arms like a 4 year old girl flipping burgers. :)

Thanks for all the work you guys put into your videos. I really enjoy the channel. It looks like you are planning on running this thing without an enclosure? If you are, I would recommend you put as much thought and effort into an enclosure as you are the mill. You will easily generate a couple trash bags of chips in a weekend and will soon want flood coolant. Both of those changes will make you want to relocate the electronics enclosure.

I have watched your channel from the beginning and must say that I really enjoy the projects you present. You have really upped the video production quality in session 3. I am excited to see how the PM940 turns out. I have loaded a Tormach 1100 in my cart many times to daydream about having a real commercial CNC mill but just can't justify for my retirement hobby. Thanks for what you do and please keep up the great work that you do!!

I know you were kidding with the metal unicorn, but plz.

Also, Herr Gotteswinter was indeed turning carbide (holy fuxx!!) but he regularly does hard turning aswell ... more of a use case for you.

Love this build! Not sure if hour planning on building an enclosure or but I would highly recommend it. I couldnt imagine having a cnc mill without one even if your not planning on fluid coolant, they're very messy machines.
