Just a note on servos - The ability to use the Z index signal of a servo as home point is SOOO accurate. On my mill, I use a micro switch to stop axis movement and then allow the servo to reference to its index signal. As far as I’m aware, steppers do not have the ability to utilize an index signal. Love the videos.

FWIW, my - now 1 year old - original Photon already has those green windows. Also the build plate appears bead-blasted before anodization. There were no tooling marks.

1:00 Hmm my Photon (Not S) has the yellow windows... i'm guessing that you have a early model and that they changed it during production for later models..

My guess is that you't not using the Flint Reid build plate leveling technique. Tight to the drum down by the .1mm adjustment, then up 5 .1mm bumps. Works every time.

The yellow tint in clear resin might occur due to overexposure to UV light. at least i heard that happening in some curing boxes after hardening the print too long in there. Maybe a shorter exposion time in print changes that?

Hello. I made the Z adjustment, started the first edition. But it stuck to the bottom tray in the first time and in the second time. The shape could not be completed as I wanted. It certainly does not stick to the top tray. What would be the reason? What should I do? I would be glad if you help
