Amazing speed. It's just a demonstration of speed and trapping while hitting with both hands, keeping the trap in tact. It's not that complex. But this comment thread is a perfect example of people who are too narrow minded to understand anything that isn't MMA. Nothing wrong with MMA at all. But, some of these people commenting are judging something with no insight or knowledge of the video, the instructor, the lesson being taught, etc. Some people unfortunately need to be shown the hard way whether something works or not... Shame.... Keep it up Sifu Fong.

What many don't understand is these trapping techniques are very effective in a verbal confrontation that starts to escalate to a physical attack. These typically start at close quarters such as a social gathering or a line in a grocery store. To onlookers, the trapping techniques clearly signal the defender is not the aggressor and can clear one of legal charges. The hostile person's arms can be trapped before their intended attack can be completed and an effective counter blow can be launched.... In these close-quarter- situations squaring-off to an MMA/boxing stance or launching a round house kick is not the effective tactic. In contrast, if a hostile person approaches in the wider area such as in a parking lot. Then the MMA/boxing stance tactics have their effectiveness.
