How to Make Tomato Juice

Tomatoes are in season, and there are so many different things that you can do with those delicious tomatoes, but one thing my family likes to do is to juice them! This way you can make nice and warm soups, stews, and chillies in the winter with your canned juice from tomato season! Plus tomato juice is good for you so sometimes we just like to drink it!

That looks perfect! When I’ve canned tomatoes with my mom, I never did the lemon juice. I think I’m going to try that and see if it affects the flavor next time.

I once saw a chef make a clear tomato juice by blending them and then straining them through a cheesecloth. It took 48 hours though... from what I remember. **Edit** also I think he cooked it first.
