The ES350 has been the midsize standout for Lexus. Under the hood is a 3.5L V6 that produces 302HP and mated to an 8-speed automatic. On the outside you will find that unmistakable Lexus grill, and optional wheels. On the inside will find upscale finishes and wonderful seats. I have the 2019 es350. Like it a lot. My neighbor has a Range Rover and Mercedes. Every time I drive by his house and see a tow truck in his driveway, I know I made a good choice...

Great review. I bought mine in July, and there are two additional features not shown here.
1. Trunk kick release, so you don’t have to fumble around for the button release
2. Brake hold, so you don’t have to keep your foot on the pedal at traffic lights like a peasant ☺️

I've driven both a 2018 and a 2019 ES 350, and it is amazing how Lexus improved it between the generations. It feels so much nicer on the inside and rides a lot smoother - not that the older car wasn't smooth, it's just that Lexus made the ride a little less busy this time, with less body roll and less jiggly motions over the bumps. Awesome car and great to see your take on it.

Since the GS is being discontinued, the ES needs to have AWD on that 6 Cylinder not the 4.

I have a 2020 model and it is amazing. I never touch the Trackpad while driving, use the manual controls to make any adjustments. As you mentioned the Trackpad is fine when stationary and it allows for that great placement of the screen. I really like that it’s not close like a touch screen. If you find the Trackpad a bit too sensitive you can dial that down in the Settings.

Great review Joe! The ES is a great car! My family bought one new back in 2003. Over 150k miles so far and it's still going strong!

I've been driving a 2020 Lexus es350 f sport for a year now and you get used to the track pad very quickly and I find it very easy to use.

I think this car is a lot of car for the money. Roomy cabin, great rear legroom, soft leathers and finishs, a lot of luxury features and of course the legendary reliability and the great resale value. Definitely a better value than Germans competitors.

The Lexus Grills reminds me of an Hourglass, the hourglass means time and time is money.
I brought my mom a 2016 ES 350 last month, she is loving the car. The Lexus brand is very reliable and stylish.

I have a 2016 ES, Lux package, it's the bomb, 18 inch wheels, rear spoiler, rear sun shade. I love it. I also have an 09 ES, level 3 lux package. Lexus makes the best cars hands down.

I want one so bad, I'm about to buy my first home, but BABY after my first year of home ownership I am getting one. I love my IS250 but the 350 is my favorite

We currently own a 2020 ES350 Luxury trim model as it was difficult for the dealer to locate an ultra luxury trim with the specific color combination for us back in February. I agree with all of the features you have shown with this trim especially the extremely difficult to maneuver infotainment system. The only 2 points that I find Lexus is somewhat lacking compared to its competitors (for example the 2015 C400 4MATIC we used to own, purchased new in 2014) are:
1--The trunk can be opened with a push of the button from the driver seat. However, it cannot be closed with the push of the same button compared to the C400. It can however, be open or close with the foot gesture under the rear bumper.
2--The only USB connection to play MP3 files is located in the compartment right below the CD player. When the flash drive is inserted, the lid cannot be closed so it is somewhat in the way and can be knocked off if you are not too careful during driving.
However, I do find that the Mark Levinson system in this Lexus sounds much better than the Burmester sound system in our previous C400 and the Bang & Olufsen in the SL550.
