THANK YOU! I had always done this via the event FX pan/crop which was a pain in the A** and very seldom did I get the results I wanted and when I did it took a LOT of trial/error. I have asked Vegas numerous times over years for a tutorial on how to do exactly this...zoom in/out. Thank you
