19 days without any sugar, dairy, gluten, corn, soy, and with a low sodium diet. My brain feels like it’s eating itself. It’s agonizing. I’m only 25 and have only had a poor diet for about 4 years of my life, before I developed those bad habits I was extremely healthy. I don’t understand how after just 4 years my withdrawal is going on more than 3x as long as these folks

I feel drained and tired i feel like im dying but then idk that’s just my anxiety but I’ve been tired 24-7 it’s like without junk food I can’t sleep but I’m all up for it idc I’ll feel better later
