Gachagua's ''old friend'' disrupts funeral to demand handout

Light moment as man interrupted Rigathi Gachagua's speech to demand handout. Gachagua later confessed the man is an old friend, and that they had an 18 year old pact where the Kenya Kwanza deputy president hopeful had to give him Ksh 1000 on every encounter.
