I love the Ted Ed videos I am currently studying bioscience and find the videos the unit coordinator recommends very long which makes it complicated for me in the long run. I find these quick and simple it covers everything which makes more sense.

This is a great video, and way to learn. However, when you talk about the breathing muscles, I couldn't help but notice that there wasn't anything said about the sternocleidomastoid which lifts the sternum to increase volume in the thoracic cavity. At least, that's what I learned.
