I always like the idea of him getting bigger. it tells you how powerful he's actually getting. with other hulks that doesn't you just can't tell. plus the size difference him getting bigger actually makes him more intimidating. and the 2003 movie it made it look like he would be a giant if he ever get angrier. like that one part when he was rampaging the city and finally calmed down. he look like he was much bigger then 15 feet for a moment.
