If you have a "perfect" school for normal people, you can put some special needs people in there and leech some good education.

If you have a bad school (like almost any school), putting special needs kids in there will drastically penalize all the kids in that class.

Its semi ok for just physical special needs, wheelchair etc. no big deal, but it becomes a tremendous problem if mental special needs are also included, as it adds a tremendous stress on kids that are already in stress (if they care to actually learn and produce top results).

Simply said, this is a good idea for areas with less special needs and already very high levels of quality education.
But schools that already cannot provide that quality education for a class full of normal kids will have even more trouble with special needs added to a class.
Its also a financial issue, as building schools for special needs is more expensive, and if the child needs some care person it becomes a tremendous issue for everyone, and people in the vast majority will suffer in silence, as talking about that issue will instantly put them in the enemy territory for the SJW people, which means even more stress and misery.


This concept simply does not work, and instead of putting that much effort on special needs people, putting up a working quality education for normal children is already an issue ; so this is something you can do if the first steps would be working, but they are not.
