I seen the live video. Truly amazing. True hero’s of humanity risking their lives not for freedom but for study and exploration of the future of humanity’s horizons

This is great news. I recall watching the first televised landing as a boy. With todays camera equipment Artemis will be epic. Am already ‘Buzz’-ing.😎😎😎

Best of luck. Those who think this is boring is due to not understanding the dangerous nature. Because our record for safety is so damn good they forget that anything happens there's no way to send assistance much less rescue them.

I remember how as a kid in the 90s i was so excited about the Pathfinder touching down on Mars and looked at Nasas roadmap of goals at that time listing landing the first man on Mars 2020 at the latest. 💔

My father got to watch the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs in his late teens and early twenties. What a time to be alive. Witnessed the landing of Eagle and got to watch Neil and Buzz walk on the surface of the moon on the TV.

Now, it’s my turn. I get to see American astronauts return to the moon and hopefully get some moon boots dirty a few months to years after. It’s going to be awesome. I wished I could have seen Apollo in its glory days, but even better, I get to see Artemis in its glory days very soon.

My only regret is my father not being here to see it with me. Almost three years now he’s been gone. I still catch myself seeing or reading something awesome like this and thinking “I’ve got to tell Dad about this”! Then I remember in that same second, I can’t. The ironic part is, he’s got the best seat in the house to watch the launch.

Take some pictures, Dad. I’ll be there in a few decades and we can go through them together.

They should officially announce going to the North pole of the moon for Art 3. There are areas of perpetual sunlight on the north pole. Making it easier to regulate temperatures and supply solar power.

Does NASA make sure all the astronauts have incredibly chiseled jaws?

Truth be told, the breakthrough is surviving the van Allen radiation belt. This is will be history and most people won't realize how big this will be because of the space time fabric making of man named Stanley. Those who know, well they understand my cryptic comment
