I focus on body fat percentage and appearance. Until I can comfortably take my shirt off in public, I'm not at my goal. I feel great on keto though and will continue as long as that happens. Carbs should be a controlled substance!

I have been on keto for 4 years. I never weigh myself. I measure weight-loss by using an old shirt as a marker. If it buttons comfortably, that's how I know I'm doing well!

My goal weight changed from 80kg to 78kg, to 76kg, to 73kg, to 71.5kg.. and finally for 2 weeks I've balanced out around 69.6-70.6kg. Keto is the only diet that helps me maintain the weight instead of putting it back on which is the biggest positive for me. Quit drinking too. Initially did nightly and morning weigh-ins to see the progress but these days its just a quick check after a shower out of interest. I've got into fitness too and the results are so good. stumbled into keto by accident and now its a lifestyle.

I've got so many friends on keto now too when they see the difference - good to see people around me get healthier too, and take an interest with recipes like on this channel. But I hate stevia - sacarina is sooo much better for the sweet desserts ;)

Well said. I initially started out a “goal weight” but I have since revised that to a body fat % goal. The weight will take care of itself.

I LOVE your recipe videos, but this has to be the most important one yet. We know the scale is awful for our ego, and emotional wellbeing, yet we still obsess over the numbers. I think sometimes we need to hear an outside source telling us to get off the damn thing and just enjoy the journey. So thank you. ❤️

Love this. I just started Keto and when I talked to my doctor she said stay off the scale as much as possible. I don’t have a goal weight. I just want to get smaller so I am more comfortable with myself and can do more activities. I am excited to try some of the recipes you have made. Thanks!

Great video- My scale has not moved in two weeks. However I dropped a notch on my belt! My health continues to improve and I am not having any issues following my keto eating plan. So am pleased!

I would really like to mention that I put my son on keto yr recipes really helped me to give him variety in recipes as he's a 10 yr kid wid ADHD and really my son lost 6 kgs in a month and he's now looking really smart and confident
Best part is he's skin texture has also improved and he's energetic

U have been a saviour fr me and my son who was initially overweight and was bullied by his schoolmates

I'm starting Keto this Monday, I'm 302lbs and work a desk job (hence the 302lbs) I'm new to the who diet thing and when i found your video on Keto Naan and Chicken Tikka i was really stoked to try this. Any tips or struggles there may be I'd love to hear them. My "Goal weight" is around 225 with my new workout schedule. Thanks for all the great food ideas! Rock on brother!

I am on keto since 3-4 weeks. It has been a battle for me and i was going on and off, but u know what? Havent lost a 0.5 kg yet and yes that is pissing me off, but i have been fat for so long ( i am now 111 kg) and i know that this is sooo hard for my body to drop this weight and it has been through so many diets and so many fitness regimes that now my body says “f u, i know its temporary so f off”. However, I will stick to it because I know it will work one day and Yes i am so disappointed with no weight loss, but at least I am doing something and not crying around for nothing :D i love ur videos and love the fact that u deal with life as human and not another insta/yt star saying shit on camera and binging behind :) u make it so fing real and its just a pleasure to watch u. Keep up the good work

A great video. People think that once they lose weight they will be shredded, but that comes with a ton more work. Like you say the weight is a number and if you do hit your goal then it's time to reassess your image/ fitness goals. Keep up the awesome videos my wife and I love the recipes :)

The biggest challenge after one has achieved his weight is maintaining it. Body recomposition comes after that.

Yes weight loss was the initial reason but once I saw the positive effect it had on my health i was sold. Im not perfect, haven't lost any real weight but I've seen the almost immediate health benefits of dropping certain food from my daily meals.

I like your videos and is the only keto channel I have a notification alert for. Thanks for your great posts.
