InSphero, the leading producer of 3D microtissue models for drug screening and safety testing is presenting its 384 Microtissue format. The unique and patent-pending design of the 384-well plate allows robust automated 3D microtissue analysis with safe, reliable medium exchange, while enabling an outstanding imaging quality of the 3D model.

The first assay-ready 3D microtissues to be delivered in this new platform are an early-stage liver-toxicity model and tumor models recapitulating the complex native tumor microenvironment.
