Speaking at his first rally since being announced as vice-president Kamala Harris' running mate for the 2024 election, Minnesota governor Tim Walz, who like Harris is known for his smile, started his speech by thanking Kamala Harris for 'bringing back the joy'.

The Minnesota governor touched on his personal history and upbringing on the 'family farm' before taking aim at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and vice-presidential candidate JD Vance
