I feel this. The sickness you feel from such bad energies around you or the euphoria from the good ... But for me my depression really puts a blindfold on it I had a crazy experience with a spiritually open friend of mine when I was crying how effected I was with my depression where he put his thumb on my head (his energy frequency etc is amazing btw) and he pulled his hand back so fast saying a pain shot through and at that same time it gave me a horrible headache it was so weird idk why I'm still exploring so much. I haven't been to my altar in at least 3months now!

The personalities and intentions one is so true! Luckily I haven’t been shown the future in a bad sense. I have been shown both of my first two horses and my dog. I’ve been shown good and somewhat bad, but never things I’ve had anxiety about.

To be a spirit going through or stuck in the veil all alone must be an experience beyond words.. terrifying to say the least. Then there's this bright light from Kelsi and you can have some calm, peace and even find yourself with closure because a pure soul was put here. My family and my mom's psychic friend always told me I had a gift to see things that no one else could. Especially as a child when I was afraid of things lurking in the dark or being alone in general, I always saw something or felt something and it horrified me everyday because I never understood why. Finally after chronic nightmares and constant paranoia I subconsciously cut everything off and I never saw or heard anything again. My mom's friend always said that I was followed but whatever I did doesn't allow them close to me anymore good or bad. Whether it's true or not idk but I can't explain my childhood experiences. I was told by some people that talking to me made them want to spill everything for some reason and that being around me felt like a hug.

The fact that I get situations that happen in my life and it gives me two choices, I can let the problem happen or do something else. Sometimes the problems go bigger if I chose to do something else. Idk if anyone else gets visions. But I’ve been able to see things people can’t see..
