As for what the 1 guy in chat was saying, it's from the Champion Roadmap back in April, full section pasted below:

So. People are saying she looks like Sivir? Because of the weapon? Well damn, yasuo and yi are the same. Mundo and Olaf are the same. Half of the marksman are just the same champ. Sivir is using a crossblade, while this is a chakram.
