Unplug the phone, Uninstall iTunes and Reinstall and carry on.

Oh man, I think this ruined me. It deleted all my info sent me in a icloud/itunes password death spiral loop. Thanks for the shit show. I have to take responsibility though.

Video didn't help, nor any fix on google..but eventually i found a solution that worked for me.
 1. as a desperate move i removed the 2 Apple folders from the %ProgramData% folderand just put them in recycle bin, NOT delete them permanently!
 2.uninstalled the apple USB Driver from device manager, connected the phone and then i got a new message on iPhone (allow this device to access pictures & videos") and now it's back showing on my computer, but when i open iTunes i don't get this massage a anymore, but iTunes wont show my phone hope after a reboot it will. (ill update)
 EDIT: that didn't help but going to device manager clicking the apple mobile icon i right clicked > update > manual update > select folder > C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers and clicked "automatically detect"and then i sow "Apple Mobile" entry has disappeared & it came back under Universal Serial Bus Controller as "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver", i opened iTunes and BAM it showed my iPhone :))))
