So since this video was recorded before the intro, I’m guessing the skin wasn’t in the shop yet when it was recorded. As a mobile player, I’m pretty sure this is controller movement, so they might be playing controller on mobile.
Edit: He isn’t a touch mobile player, mobile players can’t build (or do anything) after they get a win
