Hand Movement Study - Angelina Papachatzaki

This is a movement sequence study of my left arm that gave me the understanding of the capabilities of my body. Seeing my body to move as a third person help me to comprehend what my body can and cannot do. By isolating the movement on just one body part, I was able to exaggerate my movements and feel more the effort and the exploration that I was gaining during the process
