I get this question often at work, 'How do I pay a PayPal invoice?' Most people who get a PayPal invoice think they need to have an Account to Pay it. That is not the case and I will show you how you can Pay this invoice easily without a PayPal account.

I had to pay an invoice today and had 2 linked credit cards yet when I clicked to pay via PayPal it declined for both cards!!
I was surprised and wasn't sure what to do as I've never had issues buying with PayPal and linked cards. In the end I put my card details in the as you describe for someone without a PayPal account and it went through thankfully.
I was wondering if you actually have to have uploaded money on PayPal to pay with the PayPal faucet?

Hey there I’m just curious as I had a merchant send me a PayPal invoice as a buyer can I cancel that invoice. I am no longer interested in purchasing the item that they were trying to sell me. Or can I just ignore it

Does the credit card company view the transaction as a merchant seller and buyer transaction or as a cash advance? If yiu link a cc to your PayPal it acts like a cash advance.
