Hi can i set up paypal to pay for bills using an EXTERNAL BANK ACCOUNT as a FIRST OPTION..i know you can set up paypal to first use paypal finds FIRST and if need be use an external bank account as backup but i was wondering if you can reverse the order..i see no option for doing that on paypal. thanks.
