Oh defiantly. This camera has set a new bar. What follows will need to be seriously well made… when i compare the quality with my x3 . Their is no comparison.

Yes, tempted indeed. Also I skipped X3, so no invisible dive case yet. Only thing the price point is much higher, it's currently 595 USD (559€) without the dive case.
So quite a bite in my funding 🤔

I have an X3 and really dislike the quality and low-light performance. The X4 has the same size, 1/2” sensor that makes me weary of how much of an upgrade it actually is….🤔

How much better is it than the RS 1 Inch sensor footage in VR on YouTube. Can you tell the difference if you are already upscaling to 8K and YouTube ruins the quality anyway?!

Those protection lenses are influencing the video, no exchangeable lenses, I keep using my X2, it is good enough for my extremesports which are outdoors.
