Saving Katya/Catherine

In March 2010 Catherine Brice, or Katya as her mother Laila calls her, was taken away from the family. Terrified mother and sister were told that the child would be back within days. However, days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. Now, almost 3 years later, Laila is still fighting for her right to reunite with her beloved daughter Katya.
The film was created as part of Film and TV Production course at University of Westminster in December 2012.
