Why are humans the ONLY super intelligent animal?

Humans are physically quite capable actually. We have among the best high temperature endurance of any animal, and are the best at throwing things with force. Early humans would chase an antelope for a few miles in the heat, wait for it to collapse overheated and exhausted, then throw rocks at it till it died. A strategy many tribes currently use to hunt. In terms of success rate to energy spent it’s surprisingly efficient and allowed humans to grow a large enough brain to use better tools to make it even easier.

Other animals will never evolve to be smart as humans, as long as humans are around, precisely because humans are around. It the same reason as to why no new life forms will emerge, as long as there's life around it.
We've already filled that niche, now there's no space left. Anything new would have to compete with us being way better at it, and that's why they'll lose.

Just physically being human gives us a pretty significant advantage, animals like elephants are fully sapient but they have no way of actually applying it to anything besides being smart, their only usable appendage is their trunk. Imagine having the mind of a human but being stuck inside the body of a whale, you'd never even reach the stone age because you'd only be physically capable of living like an animal

Other animals are very intelligent just not as intelligent. It is just humans had the right circumstances, and appeared in such a short timeframe that it wasn't possible for any other animals to get as intelligent yet. But millions of years in the future who knows

There’s another reason how cooked food helped. Raw food was hard to digest, so when humans ate raw food, more energy went to the digestive system than other body parts, like the brain. When humans started eating cooked food, more energy could go to other body parts, including the brain.

The answer is not only are humans intelligent but we have the ability to pass down generational knowledge. Octopuses are just as intelligent but they live up to 3 years and die when they produce offspring.

However, don't Elephants have the ability to pass down generational knowledge about stuff like waterholes. Well the reason that Elephants havent created a civilization is because they dont have robust flexible arms and digits that can start fires and keep them and they don't have the ability to speak a complex language. Thus one of the first things needed to create a civilization which is power and power is fire and heat. Most of animals also lack the ability to adapt when travelling into different places with different climates. Humans can change the environment around them.
