Manuj Jindal bagged All India Rank-53 in the 2016 UPSC examination. He graduated from UVA with a degree in Economics and Management. He is an ex-banker and also was in the National Defence Academy as an Army cadet.

Most important thing about making notes:
1. Never start making notes during the first reading of any book
2. Avoid making notes of EVERYTHING – you have to decide which subjects you want to and which you want to skip – example: Polity
3. Don’t make note of everything, just the most important keywords and simple description in your own words
4. Divide UPSC syllabus into topics and sub-topics and make notes under those categories

Now my onenote is best source for upsc aspirants
Nothing to read new ...revising them multiple times.
Guys make online notes...you can insert pictures and snap and everything there ...online notes are best.
