It's true what he said about the critics and negative comment. Toxic people are everywhere. It's not easy and about FNB is worse. I with nearly 2 decades of experience in FNB, i probably met all type of people in the world. The good one and the bad ones. Trust me if you haven't travel the world OR AT LEAST work in bars, pub and restaurant, you have not met the weird people. I give a few example. 1) the ones that ordered a dish that is spicy but complain it was too spicy. 2) the one that pay for their food and want to be served like a VIP. 3) the one that exaggerating the situation and talk bad about the restaurant. Like a person give a review in google. He left 1 star saying that he's disappointed that the restaurant selling caviar and foie gras. Then he go on to talk about cruelty and so on. So for Uncle Roger that never step into FNB line before, i assume, good luck to him.

Why choose premium mall to start? High rental. After all it's only fried rice, the main/star dish he is promoting. All the best anyway.

Let’s see, a guy who rose to fame by perpetuating stereotypes of Asians and badly imitating the HK accent. Granted he seems to be quite knowledgeable about food but if his restaurant’s food is anything representative of his cooking, it’s terribly mediocre at best. Good for him for being able to cash in on his fame and even though he’s not to my liking, he’s not harming anyone, just a tad egoistic, but then again so are most 2nd rate celebrities.
