My brother was killed at 30, he never had the chance to live long enough to have grey hair. I have decided to embrace the grey as a way to honor his life and the blessing it is to still be here with my family and friends. ❤ (plus most the accounts of those that have had heavenly experience God is described as having white hair and so maybe its the fact is we are more Godly 😅)

I’m loving the grey as you know ❤ and I love aging. It’s SUCH a privilege. Nothing against coloring hair but I love it :) 20:28

Jess, you are such an incredibly transparent, HONEST, genuine lady! (Putting chemicals into your body as well.)
Im silver and have never colored my hair, constant compliments assures me being true to you is the best compliment. Silver sisters unite! 😍

A suggestion for doelings... Keep as many as is reasonable, get them to milk and THEN evaluate who to keep. Breeding choices and selections matter immensely. Don't let your desire for flashy goats be a hindrance to your real goal, of having goats that produce well. Evaluate based on that first and foremost, and sell the rest. Also a good idea to keep a notepad where you can jot down characteristics, health/medical stuff, milking data, offspring production so you can base those decisions and evaluation on data... not just gut feeling or looks.

I noticed your gray a couple of videos ago and all I could think was how beautiful it looks ❤

My mother always said she earned everyone of her gray hairs. I am 65 now and I agree. Not going to hide who I have become.

Stopping coloring my gray was one of the best decision I made. Saved money and got more compliments on my hair.

Aging is a gift! I've come to embrace how I look as I get older. I've earned every line, gray hair and stretch mark! I love that you are able to put such a positive light on it!

A friend once told me, the most beauty is seen in one’s natural state. You will not regret going gray. It’s one of the most freeing things I’ve ever done.

Love the grey! I stopped coloring mine when we moved into our homestead in December. I'm working on removing toxins from our food, figured I'd stop putting toxins in my hair

LOVE what you said about aging! I'm 61 and people's go to 'compliment ' is that I don't look 61. Yes, I do. It's not true...this is what 61 looks like!

Dear Jess I am an older mother having my last of seven children when I was 43 so I was in the classroom volunteering while kids are brutally honest. We were doing a planting activity and I was bending down and the children could see the top of my head as I always wear my hair up in the heat. I will never forget when this little girl let out an audible gasp which caused me to look and ask if she was okay. Her reply was “ your hair is so beautiful it has silver in it and it shines!” It definitely made me think different about my definite signs of aging and being an older mom if anyone mentions I should cover my grey I politely tell them it is silver and beautiful. It’s all about perspective.😊

I'll never forget my sister expressing something similar regarding stretch marks. While she cares for her skin and treats it well, she still bears those marks that women are taught to dread and hide. She proudly claims them as marks of her greatest achievements, bringing a child into this world and living a full and active life.

I have waist length losely curly brown and largely grey and white hair. Large sections of gorgeous white. When I get the urge to color it I use a semi permanent fun color. It's great because you don't have to bleach your hair and in time it washes out beautifully. I have never regretted the transition. The only thing that concerns me is the thinning due to illness, meds and probably age/genetics.

I *love* my husband’s gray hair. He’s my silver fox. :) 😂❤

I’m mostly gray now, I’m 63, so no surprise. When first saw my face on the big screen tv though, I couldn’t believe how many wrinkles I have. Why didn’t see those in the mirror! I love my life, wrinkles and all, and I’m blessed for that. Aging is okay. Laugh, love and live!

I’m 70 and finally quit dying my hair a few months ago. I have the same white streak in my hair that my mom did, so I am enjoying being reminded of her when I brush my hair. I’m also very happy to be getting older and still being here to see my (adult) children and grandchildren progress through their lives. It’s such a privilege to be a mom and grandma. I hope to be around for many more years to enjoy my family.
