You are a SAVIOR! Thanks for telling us about the search function. That seems to be the only place to find it. Pro tip: When they ask you why just hit "Something else". Many of the other options try to trick you into keeping your account and don't let you get back to the deactivation screen easily.

Each time I deactivate it, minutes later I get a email saying your request to activate was accepted.
It instantly reactivates my account.
