Oil pulling is awesome! It makes your teeth feel really strong and smooth. For some reason, though, I can't use it on my skin because it makes me break out horribly.

You can actually use coconut oil and baking soda for your teeth as an alternative to toothpaste and many people even use only baking soda :) it works pretty well and it is totally safe!

I ❤ coconut oil!! Right us Vegans dont get too musty smelling because of all the veggies make our bodies have a higher PH level...funky body odor = expelled toxins

Thanks for these wonderful tips! As soon as you mentioned body lotion, I went to get my jar of Coconut oil and started using it on my arms and legs, lol. Next I will use it on my face and neck, oh and under the eyes too.

Coconut oil is a dry oil so if you use it to exfoliate your skin it's better if you use it immediately after you shower while there is still some moisture on your skin. :)
