Good morning! What a beautiful video, almost makes me want to cry. Mrs Wanda, your editing of videos is phenomenal! Thinking back to last year when all the corn was lost to the gorgeous corn this year is amazing. Excellent video!!

Good Morning Ya'll
Mr Danny I'm Sooo Excited right there with ya!!
Your childlike happiness over the garden is infectious. I'm a lil lady but grew up extremely poor n when my father had a stroke we hardly had meat anymore because he was unable to kill hogs n we didn't have them to trade or the funds to buy 1/2 a cow from neighbors. So we had biscuits gravy n eggs n such for breakfast beans cornbread n everything from the garden. Mama had her chickens but other than that n a li meat from the store thats how we lived. But man i love my food n fresh is heaven sent you don't really grasp how much what you n Mz Wanda mean to us
We honestly cherish n love Ya'll continued Prayer's n Blessing's upon ya'll.

My mother just gave me one of those "corn dryers". It was given to her and was told it was to put corn on to feed the squirrels. I hung it in my chicken coop and I use it to impale cabbage and zucchini etc for my chickens! It is so nice to know what it was actually used for! Now we know. God's timing is perfect! Great video!

In years past we’ve had raccoons tear our corn patch completely up. I mean tear every stalk, every ear up. This was on 10 rows 50 feet long. Talk about heartbreaking now that’s heartbreaking. They’d wait til the night before we planned on pulling it the next morning. Now we have a 6 ft woven wire fence with a strand of electric wire on top. The electric wire was added because deer actually jumped the 6 foot tall fence. We don’t plant that much corn any more but still have to control the raccoons. Your Danny corn is absolutely beautiful. I pray nothing happens to it before you finish your harvest. 🌽🙂

Bringing back memories of me and my brother with my grandpa in his cornfield picking corn each summer. When done, we rode on his tailgate of truck up to the local store for an orange crush. My grandma would make me a doll from corn husks.

I watched this before supper and the picture with the fried corn, cornbread, zucchini, 'maters, and potatoes(?) put my hunger into overdrive. lol
It was nice seeing the whole process from ground prep to harvest. Very motivating, can't wait until next spring!

I use to love Coon hunting from the Combine..The Top Cab Lights would eyeshine them when we got close to the woods..I carried a 22 rifle with me while Combining Wheat, Soy Beans, & Corn..By the time the beans were ready, all of the coons were gone 👍

Oohhh!😍 Danny, you and Ms. Wanda have done such a wonderful job. The corn is absolutely beautiful. Y'all are such an incredible inspiration. Thank you to Ms. Allison for the awesome gift too. Watching you put the corn on the dryers, I saw a homestead Christmas tree 😅 I'm learning so much about historical equipment uses and how they can still be incredibly useful in modern times.

Wow! Thank you for sharing the progression of the corn growing process. My Daddy could be smiling from Heaven at the sight of all your hard work. He grew some great corn crops but yours is definately one of the finest I've ever seen.
Blessings to you and Mrs. Wanda.
