Well, these are all reasonable points - but honestly, in my point of view nearly all others are also talking about exactly theses features 😌

As somebody else pointed out these are mostly points that people were talking about. Of course lot of people were talking about the ND filter of x100v as well, you came so close but still missed an important detail that is ''actually'' not known by quite a lot of people.

X100V is not a video focused camera and an inbuilt ND seems a bit random when no other fuji camera has it, right?
The real reason is to make up for a shortcoming of the leaf shutter which causes a busy and ugly bokeh when 1/400 and faster speeds are used with wide apertures such as 2 - 2.8. (I didn't look up the exact numbers.) When the settings are in that problematic area, which can happen relatively often, the numbers actually become red on the screen, indicating you to lower the shutter speed optionally by activating the ND filter.

The ND is literally necessary for the basic functioning of the camera, if the objective is to keep the image quality consistent. If the camera didn't have a leaf shutter you can be sure there wouldn't be a ND filter built in. I have seen people reviewing this camera and including pictures with obviously weird looking bokeh and talking about the ND filter on the same video.

Integrated ND filter has been a feature since the first x100. It is very handy. Probably only possible as lens is integrated.

The built in nd filter is great with the ibis for slow shutter speeds

the iso changed from 100 to 64 in the V1. Isn't that a feature worthy of mentioning? I havent seen a single mention of this change on youtube. Just saying.
