Hi everyone! There is an new way to install your fish finder transducer to your boat without drilling damaging hole below the waterline. The Stern Saver glue-on transducer mounting system protects your fishing boat, as well as any other fiberglass or aluminum boat against the possible risks associated with drilling holes to mount transducers.

Prevents water-logged foam cores!

No need to drill your boat hull! Just glue this specially-made StarBoard plate with included high-strength marine-grade adhesive and mount anything to it without drilling any holes in your boat! No tools necessary, pre-packed with everything you will need for installation. Installs in ten minutes or less.

Forms a super strong mechanical bond to your boat.

Can be drilled and re-drilled multiple times.

Allows for easy transducer adjustments to find that "sweet spot".

Seals and conceals existing holes in your boat's transom.

The toughest, most durable transducer mounting system on the market.

Fabricated from marine grade polyethylene plastic, not injection molded low-grade plastic.

This product can be used with fishfinders, StructureScan, side imaging transducers, live-well pumps and anything else you may want to mount to your boat!

My boat has the off set or step in the transom as the boat shown in video. Is that where I am to mount right above the step or do I place it under the step closer to bottom of boat?

For a few pennies more they could send a second mounting pin so that the Stern Saver stays level and doesn’t twist. It would help tremendously with the application of the Stern Saver

The rear end of a pontoon is not a flat surface????  Any possibilities to use this...or do you know of a "plyable" block that can be used?

No is concerned about sanding the gel coat? That causes water intrusion and damages your hull.

May I cover the glue to the whole area not just the 6 holes and their surroundings? I know the glue from the 6 holes will spread, but they will not spread to the whole surface of the plate, will cover the whole surface get more bonding force or it will hurt the process? Thanks
