Great explanations as to WHY we should mind map. It’s become a huge part of my daily work life. I use it primarily for collaboration and planning, but I need to incorporate into my personal learning process. Thank you for making these great videos!

What do you do with your map after that ?
Do you also write kind of a syntheses in notion / atomic notes to distill the content into a more compact text format ?

This is good if you can stop and start but in a live lecture by the time I figure out what to record, I've missed things and out of sync now forward. Recommendations?
