Other types of working out are good. For example, my wife goes to her CrossFit instructor’s house every Saturday and comes back exhausted but relaxed.

I spread the word of Starting Strength and the notion of adding 5lbs a workout on the Reddit webs in hopes of others seeing the basic principle behind getting bigger/stronger. But them peeps still site volume for growth stupidity. Ugh, I'm tired of it. I can't imagine how Rip feels. Love your work.
