Recipe:

Batter:
1 cup butter - soft (220g)
4oz of cream cheese - soft (115g)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50g)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2g)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
2 3/4 cups flour (350g)
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries (70g)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (80g)

bake at 350°F for 10 - 13 min

Hi Debbie :) I used frozen raspberries for this recipe. My cookies are a bit too "moist" considering the quantity of raspberries I used, but the real problem is how to store the cookies? I prepared them for this Saturday (we're on Thursday right now), and just stored them in the fridge... Hope the cookies will still be good on Saturday...
