And a _Magazine Ban, _ is in fact, an *Arms Ban, * because it bans a class of firearms that fire more than the subjective number of rounds "approved" by law. As far as "Lawful Purposes" go, is not, "because I want one", a sufficient lawful purpose in the eyes of the 2nd Amendment? I mean, the 2nd Amendment does not guarantee a right to keep only those arms approved by law. The reality is, the Founders went out of their way to guarantee the right as unconditionally as possible in the English language, specifically contrary to the English civil right which prompted it.

Mr Kirk, I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into producing these videos and explaining things in understandable layman’s terms. I am continually shocked and dismayed to learn of the constant ignorance, disregard and blatant twisting of the intent of the second amendment.
It’s also extremely insulting that there are plenty of judges out there who violate their oath’s by viewing each case through the lens of political bias instead of the neutrality they swore to adhere to.
