Why do you eat during meetings? I understand it saves time. But what about mindfulness? If you pay attention to food you feel full faster, food tastes better. Don't you lose some attention to meeting while eating?

Yes, I am here to learn to make money, but I also see something inside them that I have had as well... Hiding in work from their lives. The matrix has them or at least her... Alex seems more grounded... Yet when is it enough? Billions upon billions.. to dictate the lives of millions? Hmmm... For me, it was hiding from the death of my daughter. A hole nothing could fill. Keep busy, don't think - you might see something you don't want to find. I try to balance this now. To think about my own actions and why. What does it really accomplish for my greater good?
