Bro NPCs uses their phones in GTA 5, will take pictures of sceneries, dead bodies or even the player. Some influencers NPCs will take pictures of the character, some NPCs are seen taking their dogs on a walk. Also they don't repeat thesame animations. Learn to TROLL BETTER
