Settings to hot for uphill, your travel speed needs to be faster.

Run downhill…7014. Base metal needs to be room temp. Cool off with a wet rag if Mtl is A-36. Been there done it.

Um. Think your a little hot there bud.. try turning down your temp and using a thinner rod….

Mig or tig required easier to control in all positions

Big rod, big heat, 3/32 for that low 60 amp, or fast downhill 1/8 cool 90-100 amp

You need to lower your heat and move faster with a better weave

Rod should be 2/3 on a right pipe and 1/3 on left

And i think you moving it too much.
