I love how positive you are about negativity. i love product regret or product fail videos just because typically the person will say or show why it didnt work for them. If i see enough people saying a product isnt good then i wont purchase it. I totally understand when you said some things may not work for you but others may love it. Just like the natasha denona glam palette. Thats one of my go to palettes because i look good in cool neutral colors (even tho i pop in some glittery pink usually). Heck the stila eye liner was on tati’s worst of the year a few years back and i was like well thats my holy grail eyeliner. I guess i love crummy eyeliner but on the plus side i wont sell out! Lol

I love that Chanel brow compact. I find it easy to use which I appreciate because I hate taking the time to fill in my brows everyday

Here in the UK we can't return any opened make up or skincare - wish we had the ability to, particularly at the moment with all the online shopping! By the way, your hair looks amazing in this video!

Feel the same about the Dior concealer plus I also had to exchange for a lighter shade to try to get it to work. Couldn’t get a shade match and would not blend. Just my opinion I have normal to dry skin. I can mix it with moisturizer and use as a touch up but disappointed

Great video! The only product i have from your failed list is the CT eye jewels and i kinda like it i use it. I think it was overpriced for what it is but cute on the eyes... I love the eye look you have on this video do you have a tutorial on this? If not could you do one? its pretty!!

The main reason I appreciate the fails videos is that a lot of brands heavily discounted their poor selling products during the holiday sales so it’s good to have it in my mind ahead of time what was disappointing so I’m not tempted by the low prices.

This was INCREDIBLY helpful! The main reason I watch makeup channels is to determine how to spend my beauty budget. I had fomo over a few items you mentioned (CT super blue, Dior concealer & Byredo) after hearing your opinion I feel validated for not purchasing; and now I know about customer service & return policies for companies I have little experience with. I love the Dior concealer. It’s my second favorite after Pat’s lol

I’ve also had great customer service with By Terry and had no issues with returning.

It’s amazing how it’s different for others.
